What is A/V ministry?

In coordination with the Director of Worship, the A/V Tech projects PowerPoint music and prayers for all weekend liturgies, holy days, and special events; records homilies, and operates a video camera for weekend liturgies. The A/V Tech is also responsible for sound mixing the choirs, presiders, and lectors. 
 
Also, an additional A/V Tech is required for video production for streaming 1 mass per weekend and any funerals/weddings/special liturgies. This Tech will monitor 2 cameras, sound and "on-air" production using the ATEM Mini Pro video switcher.
 
The GRAPHICS Tech is responsible for artistically creating PowerPoint presentations for each Mass (4 per weekend) and any additional funerals/weddings/etc.
 
All these technicians are VITAL to effectively bring our assembly into full, active, and conscious participation.
